Order, Cancellation and Return Policies |

BBCW Distributors cannot guarantee availability of items, exact ship dates, action figure assortment breakdowns, packaging or product variations, or exact quantities available to sell. We disseminate product information as it is provided to us by the manufacturers. We will do our best to continually update product information on our site. Product specifications, pricing, ship dates and availability are subject to change without notice. Buyer consents to all products having an indefinite ship date extension beyond the original estimated ship date. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. Orders may not be cancelled. All products are inspected for quality/condition prior to shipment. Claims for minor packaging dents and dings will not be accepted. Claims for items damaged in transit must be made against the carrier. Claims for items damaged in transit must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date. *Damage claims against a carrier requires all shipping materials to be held until the claim has been resolved. Shipping service failure claims must be submitted within 7 days of the ship date. Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date.. |

Shipping Insurance and Damage Claims |

If you require insurance on your shipments, be sure to request it on your order when placed. We do not automatically insure shipments. FedEX and UPS will typically only cover up to $100 for uninsured packages. If you require more coverage it will need to be purchased at the time of processing your order. USPS will typically include some coverage depending upon the service level of the shipment. So if you need to insure, include the request and the amount of coverage at the time of placing your order. All products are inspected for quality/condition prior to shipment. Claims for minor packaging dents and dings will not be accepted. Claims for items damaged in transit must be made against the carrier. Claims for items damaged in transit must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date. *Damage claims against a carrier require all shipping materials to be held until the claim has been resolved. If any part of a shipment goes missing prior to the carrier's demonstration of delivery, a claim will be filed with the carrier. At the moment the carrier demonstrates delivery has been made (tracking), the responsibility shifts to the recipient. NOTE: All shipments that are shipping to a BBCW Distributors customer that have a residential delivery address will ship with Signature Service, which will be charged to the customer. This is for all direct BBCW Distributors customers. Drop shipments will not be affected by this policy. BBCW Distributors customers are free to decide if signature service is necessary for their drop shipments. Missing deliveries will not be the responsibility of BBCW Distributors. Shipping service failure claims must be submitted within 7 days of the ship date. Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date. Any Duties or Taxes imposed upon a shipment going outside of the USA will be the responsibility of the recipient or the person/company placing the order. If such fees are claimed upon BBCW Distributors, the amount of the claim will be charged to the person/company that placed the order. |
